【摘要】 目的 探讨马鞭草提取液C部位对人绒毛膜癌JAR细胞体外抑制作用。 方法 MTT法测定不同浓度C部位在不同时段对JAR细胞的增殖抑制率;HCG单克隆酶免定量法检测马鞭草C部位对JAR细胞分泌HCG的影响;透射电镜观察细胞超微结构变化。 结果 JAR细胞经马鞭草C部位作用后，细胞增殖抑制率随着时间的延长和浓度的增加逐渐增大，72h的40g/L剂量组抑制最明显，抑制率为65%;HCG分泌受到明显抑制，呈剂量和作用时间依赖性;马鞭草C部位可引起细胞数目减少并萎缩;电镜下见到明显的凋亡小体。 结论 马鞭草提取液C部位对人绒毛膜癌JAR细胞增殖及分泌HCG有明显抑制作用，并可诱导JAR细胞凋亡。
